By testing the air inside your home and comparing it to the outdoor air around it, you'll know whether the home has an elevated presence of allergenic and/or toxic mold spores. Samples are analyzed by a certified lab and reports are available in 48-72 hours.
Optional Sewer Scope:
Roots, cracks, leakage, obstructions, bellies and other defects with the home's sewer line can be expensive to fix. Even new homes can have damaged lines from backfill and settling.
A sewer scope allows you to see the inside of the pipe with the added context of a written report of any defects found.
